Considering I've had guys offer me $200 for a bare titled frame...I don't think its too far out of whack,  if you have a use for the parts. If I were in MO, I'd prolly go down and take a look... :)

heck, i was only able to sell my spare rolling project '73 750 minus tank and seat but with clear title for $250. if he means 4 carbs as in 4 complete sets, he's listing 12 sets of carbs (which i doubt. i think he means one set of each). but if it was 12, you could easily make up your money's worth. why would you need 12 carbs and only one bike  ;D

EDIT: i just called him. it's 1 set of each for the carbs and the 77 is the only complete bank of carbs. now the price seems a little high. shoot him an offer for $200. the only reason he has a chance of getting what he's asking is because he lives in STL whereas i live 2 hours away from STL and there isn't much demand for cb750's in the sticks

Split up, I could see him getting some decent money - but not as a box of mismatched parts from several years.

Festus, need you say any more?  ;D
Yeah, I saw a 750 for sale in the KCCL and ahe was asking around $750 for a non-runner K8.
I was thinking of offering $350 or $400 but then I realised I am fairly broke.   :P
