BY THE WAY...

i got a certified letter in the mail from him giving me my official 30 days' notice (it's actually still wrong because he's supposed to give 33 days if mailed, but whatever..), but claiming he was going to continue trying to get an FED (a court-ordered eviction).

i called him to clarify this last point, and the conversation just blew up... i asked him: "seriously, D.A.... i work 40+ hours a week, have multiple contracts running with timelines written in, my girlfriend has stage 3 melanoma and is starting chemo this week, i have spent almost all my free time trying to actually find a new place, I have tons and tons of things to actually move, I HAVE A LIFE... and you seriously think that anything short of thirty days is unreasonable?" ...and he had the gall to say yes, that i am just trying to "draaaaag this out..."

WHAT A #$%*ING PRICK. oh well, I got my 30 days. and i still plan to turn him into the code enforcement division of the bureau of development office.

Man, What a Crock! ::) Paul, it's too bad that you have to go through this crap. Sure am glad that you've got your "ducks in a row" and ready for him when and if he screws up! ;)

My girlfriend has stage 3 melanoma and is starting chemo this week

With all due respect, I understand the issues with the eviction and all, but aren’t we missing the things that matter most.
How is your gilrlfriend doing Paul? This is big deal, and while Paul has major issues too, he has his strategy planned.

I'm with Jimmy, I JUST got home from work and read this.
I hope everything is going......as well as it can givin the situation.
Good luck and hang in there.  My mother survived 2 battles with lymphoma and a stem cell transplant.
Stay positive, it can help.
