Hi all! New to the forum from Steeler country. I have always been into café racers and over the past few years, I have acquired a 73, 74, and 78 CB750s. I first bought the 74 (which came with the 73 parts bike) 2 years ago. It wasn’t running and basically a pile of crap but I am slowly turning it into my dream café bike. I included a couple of pics from the build, including one of the underseat oil tank I fabbed. So far, I’ve chopped all of the unnecessary tabs, fabbed a café seat, welded on mounts for zx9 rear-sets, and put on clip-ons. I am also in the middle of doing a dual disc conversion. I hope to be done by summertime.
I recently bought the 78 off of Craigslist for $300 running! Im currently rebuilding the carbs and its going to need some TLC.... Ultimately, I hope to modify it the same as the 74 with the intention of selling it. (white tank pic)
