INDY we gotta go ride sometime soon.  Ill be at bike night for sure on the 7th, @ steer inn.

I'll be there.  Still waiting on my tank repaint to get done, so I may not be on the 550....but I'll be there.  If you don't see an orange 550, I'll be hanging out with the guy on the old little Benelli 125.

It's not the smartest thing to do but I couldn't wait any longer. I still don't have any frt brakes waiting on a B/O pad from Servicehonda. UPS tracking# says del. is going to be Tuesday July 5th. I had to take the old KO down the road. To put it mildly. I'm impressed!! bike goes down the road good . Doesn't miss a lick, 60 mph at 4 grand very smooth. I took it easy but played around a little and I can tell she's wanting to take off. Still needs a little tweaking of course. Here's a couple pics at a old garage not to far my house.

"wanting to take off" ...
I understand. Most of my ride to work is 45 to 60 and I always feel as though I'm being cruel to the bike by not working the engine sufficiently.

Looking out toward the bluffs on the Father of Waters at Perrot State Park, just outside Trempealeau, Wisconsin.  Park sticker on my windshield -- got waved into the park by a very pretty lady park ranger.  Ain't summer grand?

not sure i posted this or not. This is the first trip i took on my 750 after i had finished it and tweaked out any bugs.  I honestly cant remember if i posted it. so sorry if its a duplicate.

Steve -- the 750 looks sweet!  Remember the tank you sold me last year?  That's it on my 550 in the post above.  Worked out great -- thanks again!

didn't need fuel, but my son and me pull in here for a mountain dew and a coke. Since he found this KO for me I thought it was only fair to let him ride it all he wants to. I lined the KO and K6 up for this quick pic. As you can see the KO is still missing frt. caliper, hope to have it back later this week. Its been a great 4th so far.

Great picture! I've spent a lot of time on the roads of N. Kentucky south of the Vevay, IN/Cincinnati line. Great riding. I can just hear your K2 transmission whine (love that sound) as it pulls thru the valleys and cruises the ridgetops. Sigh.  :)

At idle, not much louder than my other K4. But the db's def go up once you get on the throttle, but not as loud as open headers. I do not know the manufacturer, neither did the PO. I LOVE the sound, I'm sure the 836cc helps too!
