I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

Hush, have you ever been to Kaikoura on the south island? I had some awesome crayfish (I think that's what you kiwis called it) at some little side of the road food stand over by where people go to look at the seals. I recommend it if you're ever on the south island. If it's even there still.

Yesterday 19th november in the Netherlands. National Parc "de maasduinen". Beautifull weather, normally around 440 degrees and now almost 600 degrees. I could get used to that  ;)

Just a short ride from the house is an overlook of Lompoc. Nice day but only time for a short ride. Maybe I'll go for a longer one tomorrow if the weather stays good.

Great fall temps today.  Mid to upper 60's.  Lots and lots of motorcycles out today.  Was great.  Took this pic after pulling off down a side road.  Not a country music fan... but 'take me home, country roads' popped into my head.

Road about 3 hrs., and chased the sunset home!  Stunning day.

I really enjoyed watching this show even though it was only on a year or maybe 2 before it was cancelled. Year was late 60's early 70's I think.

Weather here in Lompoc is terrific today. Rode up to the Pismo Derelicts Saturday get together and saw this great old bike among other things. The bike is, I believe, a 1913 Sears. I didn't get to talk to the owner but I did see him get on it, pedal it to start it and then ride it on home. Sounded great!

From Pismo I continued on to Morro Bay for another Saturday morning car gathering but no bikes at this one. So I took a couple pictures of my bike in front of Morro Rock and the steam generating plant.

grcamna2: Just click on the build thread in my signature and you'll find out all about it. Thanks.

Great ride today - rode down from Boston -Newport, RI to help a fellow forum member remove his K1 engine. Temps were in low 60`s. Bike ran great though having a Dunlop K70 in the front and a Kenda K761 dual sport tire on the rear means its not great for extended highway use - 80-85 mph is about fastest you can go before rear gets a bit squirelly.

On Ocean Drive, Newport RI

On Ocean Drive

Near the famous mansions of Newport we saw this University....

Passed the indicated 75,000 mile mark today  ;D

cheers

Andy, you just don't talk the talk as they say you walk the walk. You lay down the miles. I always enjoy your pics when the 750 and you are out on the road. 75000 miles that's a lot of roads covered and that shows these sohc4's in your case the CB 750 is up to and more than capable of the challenge. Keep it up and be safe
