Some pics of my red-headed stepchild, taken on the road up to Bellayre ski area,   it's a 76 550 f,  kandy topaz orange flake.

I also put these over on the mileage thread, but I'll put them here too for those that don't follow the other thread.

Swan Falls/Snake River yesterday.

I'll bet you have plenty of great scenery in Sweden.  And I am not just talking about the women.

Greg, I love those first two shots!

Thanks Brooze.  I got lucky, the light was great that day.

'72 Honda CB500 K1. This is my first bike, and after about a month of learning and hard work, I finally took my first long-ish ride (50 miles) today.

Finally found stock forks for my 500.

GL front end? GL tank? the huge boxy tail looks so good, im not a fan of those little cafe headlight buckets but your bike pulls the look off perfect. silver paint or cleared bare metal? seriously awesome looking bike, thanks for inspiration, more pix?

Thanks for the compliments man! No, they're stock forks - dual disk conversion and drilled w F4 master cylinder.  Yeah I'd like to get one of those longer sweeping fixed fairings but this one will do for now.  I needed to balance the big seat out a little and it's nice to tuck behind above 100  ;) I stripped the PO's orange and black paint scheme and never settled on a color so it's just bare...kind of like it now.  Again thanks - it's been a lot of work!

Shameless photo dump:  ;)
