Pit Stop with some of the Texas Crew at Pecan Grove Store, riding out from the Harvest Classic in Luckenbach, TX this weekend.

Was good seeing you Rich!   We had a great 69 mile ride in the Hill Country up to Enchanted Rock.

Early Sunday morning by Lake Chivero about 50km from Harare in Zimbabwe.

Silence but for the wind, the water, the birds and the fishing boats bumping together; bliss!

Hey Eric...I def dont hang out there but do drive by in the boat occasionally.

BTW - the new nickname is "Homo Hollow", not that there is anything wrong with that!

The thermometer made it to 55f today without rain on tap so I figured I had better get on down the road. Riding days are coming to a close. Even the horses I saw today along Seven Mile Road had blankets on. At Whitmore Lake the pontoon boats were in their winter shrink wraps. I had hoped for a 60f day but it seems not to be coming.
We had a hard frost last week. It brought out the vivid colors but the wind and rain followed close behind to knock many leaves down. The oak leaves hang on for a long time and I found this nice tree along Hines Drive not too far from home. The bronze leaves are a pretty good match for Candy Garnet Brown.

I took the old girl out for a nice 160 mile ride through the mountains, forests and deserts of Southern California yesterday (due to breaking my 690 Enduro R on a big boulder last week.) It was the first time I've really pushed her, as she usually spends her time on short cruises around town, and boy did she do great! She reminded me that she was built to be rode hard and just wanted to fly all morning. I had to keep reminding myself that she's got 40+ year old technology for brakes, and backed off only for a couple miles on a steep, curvy downhill, but other than that, really got on her for the rest of the ride. What a pleasure!

Yeah, same experience.  It seems like the CB750 needs 100 miles to make sure you are being serious for a change :)

Was a beautiful day yesterday so I rolled the K4 out of the garage.  She did not want to start, the battery is going bad. Pulled out my Genus jump starter and it was low as well.   Then jumped it off the Tacoma and it roared to life!  Was out for about an hour and a half, fun ride...

Well on the other side of the world it's a magnificent New Years Day, 85 deg F and sunshine, so I had to take the old girl out for a couple of hours, what a great ride! Losing a third of one's weight really does make a difference! ;D

Toss a few snow balls for fun Scott, it will melt before too long.
Could toss a few towards neighbors who bug you egging them for a snowball fight...might make them come around and not be as annoying...presuming you have any that bug you...

How's things on the ability to eat again Terry? Well I hope. CB is looking good.

Thanks David, it was running so well today, best it's been since I built it! Still struggling with food, have managed some small pieces of solid food in last two weeks, and tonight when I got home I fired up my el-cheapo smoker grill and grilled myself a sausage and a lamb chop, and was happy when I swallowed them and was able to keep them down. Small victory I know, but after 4 months of "Liquids only", I feel great! ;D

It was sunny and 67 here in Georgia so I took Pandora, my 73, she’s on the right, for a nice ride in the North Georgia mountains.I love winters in the South!

Slight cheat here, the day I received her, seemed appropriate to photo the similar colour schemes . She's currently garaged partially for winter and a clutch rebuild which isn't going to plan as yet. Roll on Spring.
