The KO and me got caught up in a little rain today along 421 north heading into Greensboro,NC. Pulled off under the bypass until it slacked up a bit. Have to do some cleaning on the CB tomorrow ;)

Made it to the weekly gathering of "olden" bikes at Famous Sam's today (Woodbine & Stouffville Rd), and my 350F was one of four SOHC4's that were there.

Interesting that the two 750s were both custom cafes with CR carbs.  The smaller 4's were mostly stock.

Just got back from a 1500 mile trip... Owen Sound / Peterborough / Perth /  Algonquin Park /  etc ... then back to Kingsville. (Ontario) Bike ran great, but I think it's begging for fresh oil and a good scrubbing.

Quick ride to catch the sunset.

Mounds Park ? thats a killer view ( shot )

Yep Mounds Park. I'm over on the east side of St. Paul so it was just a short little ride over. Was trying to get a cool shot of the city at sunset but ended up being too hazzy so the shots didnt quite turn out as I wanted. Turned into a mini shoot for my bike though haha. I'll upload one more when I get home just for fun.

Thanks!

Glad you guys dig the pics & the bike. I've been doing a bit of a rolling restoration. I'm very proud of how it's coming along. I had originally thought I might do some mods when I first got the bike, but then the stock looks really grew on me. And it's a nice challenge to see how you can get things back as close as possible... (although keeping it as a daily driver is very important to me as well.) You can't really buy a new classic...( maybe the Bonny at 10 grand).. so I consider my 550 to be the best way to get a 'new classic'. It just requires going through the bike in every way you can, so you can be confident to 'gas & go' on a daily basis.
