I got back last Sunday night from a six day stay in the Monterey area where I took in as many of the "Auto Week" happenings as I could. It was a great time and I saw an awful lot of amazing cars and took a lot of pictures. I'll post some on the open forum but here are a couple of my bike on the road.

This is the first time I have ever ridden this thing. I picked it up back in February and started taking it apart right away. She still needs a little more love and assembly, but she seems to be running pretty strong and healthy :)

ha!yeah as i said,thats tims cam there,chasing down stus little 450.

id hung back,as we turned into that section i didnt like the look of the car behind me so i held off,i use my rear view mirrors, turned out to be just a normal car, another tip for cafe racers,be sure you can actually use and see in your rear view mirrors, not just for show, unless thats what your into?be sure to have the correct socks and sneakers on aswell if thats the case.

DAVE500 -  man I'm jealous - looks like you guys sure have fun!  It would be a blast riding with you, but I'd be about a mile behind by the time you all shift to 2nd gear ;D

Bored today with the usual WI midwest scenery (cornfields)  :-[   so took the old standby route over to Lake Michigan.

I was cruising around Sunday, with the intent of finding a cool old building as a background for the picture. I think I found an ok building, though the modern white fence sucks a bit. I will continue looking Tuesday. :)
