At the 34th annual Hansen Dam Vintage Ride (put on by SoCalNorton club).  Note the eclectic nature of bikes in the parking lot.
I recently restored and sold a 77 cb750f, and am nearly finished with a (former basket case) cb750k5.  This is a place to share, learn and enjoy.  I am grateful to and for 99+% of this site's membership.

Here is video of my CB650 on the road. Was trying out my friends goPro 3 black edition this summer. Not much, but it's a start :)

The location is Ísafjörður, Iceland

Not a valid vimeo URL
And here is an old one, first test ride.
My brother is riding the bike

I often get on google earth to check out places like this.  Topographically very unique.
And that long tunnel west of Olafsfjordur, wow.  Wonder how many miles to lap the country? 1000-1500mi?

Iceland is amazing!  I spent a few days there, then to Sweden for a week, then back through Iceland for another couple of days.  Saw some amazing scenery, the Fjords - like what druzli has pictured, geysers, Icelandic horses are beautiful.  I would go back in a heartbeat if I could swing it.  Oh, and the trucks they have there are their own special breed too... an entirely separate truck style from aside, maybe, the moon!

2600 live here but there are 4 other villages connected to this one and 2 more very close - Check Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ísafjörður. Yes you can see the whole town in this photo. On the land hat comes in the middle there, like a shuttle, is full of houses also :)

We have our share of tunnels here also. I think the country lap is about 1500-2000 KM, depends on the routes you take and if you include the Westfjords, where I live.

Thanks all for nice comments.

Have a great weekend!

Went for a run through the Gold Coast hinterland today with 750 club. Great ride except for fork oil on front brake & got soaked to the skin within 3 minutes from home  :(
Caught up with Dave 500 & crew on the way. We just cruised along while Dave went off racing Harleys  ;D  ;)
