Enjoying the beautiful WI weather.

Nice shot.
What mufflers do you have on your bike? K7/K8 or aftermarket?
They are aftermarket made by Hooker.

Hey Sean, the NOS picture is the only other set I've seen. Now I'm thinking I should have bought them when they were for sale a while back, instead of just saving the pictures.  Lol

On the road between Crookwell and Boowara NSW.
We had a flat tire on the way and then ran out of daylight.
I took this photo just before the sun went down and then crossed my fingers that skippy didn’t jump in front of me the rest of the ride.

So you were carrying an extra tube with you? Back in the 70s I carried extra tubes on my cross country trips with a spark plug compressor(remove all 4 plugs).

Up until about 2 years ago I carried spare tubes.
Very stupid of me I didn't carry a spare tube on this ride even after about 5 years ago I had to change both tubes due to flats on a weekend away.
I was lucky that a passer by had a tube he could spare as he was quite close to home.
It was a larger size, but I remember being told in a pub one night that you can fold the tube back in on itself to make it a smaller diameter which worked fine to get us to our destination and back home again.

It was a nice day for the DGR. I rode the Seattle DGR a couple of years ago. It was a great route but for those of us with stage 4 prostate cancer the lack of pee breaks was an issue. When I said something about it to the guy in charge he ignored me so I didn't go anymore. It's a great cause but you would think that they would accommodate those of us with it.

Today in the north of Germany >:(
its not the best pic.
The reason is. the Honda has a problem sins 10 years. She is always blueing. Two Person tried three times to solve this problem. They put in new Pistons and so on.
After nearly 1000 Km the blueing starts after each service again, first delicate then much more.
You start the cold engine, after 30 second the blueing starts and ends at, maybe 2 minutes.
The new mechanic is sure to find the mistake. He looked in the exhaust port and found a leak near the Valve.
Okay, when this is fixed, I send you better pics.

Best regards

Rudi
