 ???

How do I fix the mess I have created?? I've adjusted everything I can, I've had the Clutch in and out 3 times now!?!?!?! I had to walk away or I was going to start throwing tools!!!

Any suggestions that are a bit more productive?

Did you use a shop manual for instructions? Check to see if frictions plates and clutch plates are in correct order. Usually things like this are because of a small oversight. Relax go back to the bike after you take a breake, then reread the book, you will probably find the answer once your not stressed out  Scott in San Diego

Some oils contain friction reducing additives, which can cause the clutch to slip.  In your rebuild of the clutch did you use any of these?
