CB 500 Four K2(A) handlebar width

Hello All,

I'm restoring a CB500Four K2(A). I live in Finland and the bike is imported from Santiago USA, so there are not so many similar ones here. Restoration is almost complete, but I have a problem with handlebars. You in US having the same bike, could you please take a measurement of the width of the handlebar without rubbers. Mine is 780 mm (30,71 inch.). One friend in finland has a similar bike, his bar is 750 mm (29.53 inch.). Is mine from a different model?

I advise you to look for the Eurostyle handlebars, so you'll experience what bikeriding is all about. I once sat on a 500 with American handlebars and felt like a bear in a circus act. Honda knew: the European market is for (fast) riding machines, the US market is for toys.
