Paul, I'm sorry to be catching up late. I feel helpless to do anything beyond praying for your sister and your family. I am at a loss to say anything that might comfort except to share a verse for folks who have heavy hearts:

Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. (Mat 11:28)

I'm a believer in spreading prayer around. We'll lift her up in prayer at church next week. God still works miracles. I am living proof of a healing miracle that God placed upon me as I was being prayed over, and I know others who have been healed in ways in which doctors admit they cannot explain.

+1 on that, Paul. We CAN'T fully understand NOW, but will when the time is right.

God won't put any more on us than we can handle, but it seems like he gets pretty close sometimes (at least, it seems like it).

Just returning Gordon's bike from old bike run and as soon as I got my mom was on the phone with the nurse and she is non responsive.

Oh Paul, I just got back online and am SO SAD to hear about your Sister's condition being much worse.

Our Prayers and thoughts are with her, YOU and your family.

I would like to echo the thoughts and sentiments that have been spoken here and feel as though I am losing a family member myself. (I have to post this pretty quickly, as I am having pc issues and it keeps crashing) Just know that my DEEPEST feelings are with you ALL!

Not that it will make anything easier but take solace in the thought that she is destined for a better place. With all she has been through she has fought hard but it sounds like she is ready to rest.

Hang in there man. It sounds trite but if there is anything we can do just ask...

Like others have said, words just are coming so hard (at this time) and yet, I feel I need to say something.

I have been said to be quite talkative and yet, the words just aren't there. All I can do is offer my Deepest symthathy and let you know that I am here Paul (as we all are). We may not be able to be there with you physically, but I promise you that we are there Spiritually.
