PJ1 Silver for Crankcases?

I have read a lot about the wonders of PJ1 Fast black, but how about Silver? Has anyone got any good reports of this stuff and would it be suitable for Crankcases? Or should I get them bead blasted and Powder Coated? Same for Barrels and Head.
