Who do you recommend for painting in So Cal?

Didn't know if this belonged in vendor reviews of not but didn't see anything like it there.

Can anyone in the Orange County California area recommend a vendor for tank and side cover painting?

(As a side topic, what's wrong with chroming tanks? )
