I am torn on the dn-01. it is nice in some way yet not in others and it is quite pricey.
I might do a shadow spirit but to me, that would be a downgrade from my cb. Sorry but 2 pistons just are not enough!

The ONLY thing I like about the Fury is the website!

I must admit, I am not liking what honda is doing anymore. The last bike was the 919 and they dumped it. They have nothing different anymore, at least not in the US. I am leaning more towards suzuki and yamaha now with their styles. :(

Honda is just running down the same tired road. Another cruiser, when they could have produced the retro 1100.

Take a look at the new Victory. At least it has some classic non-cruiser lines (except for the forward controls). Modern looks. And a clean cafe/bobber/tech design.

Yeah, but Victory is also doing this:
I guess I like the UJM style too much.

As a MOPAR fan I take offense, Honda, for such poor use of a respected Plymouth associated name.

There was talk on another thread about Honda's waywardness. Some people (or corporations) learn only from mistakes. Maybe the big H is becoming one of those.

That "Victory" is stupid beyond description too.

Never let it be said I was at a loss for an opinion. :D

That's a nice design, even if there's no rear suspension, and the seat is made of mahogany, ouch!

I think everyone is going to V-twins because they can start out with someone's existing engine design. This keeps down the initial capital or maybe no one wants to engineer a Inline-2 or Inline-4 from scratch with all the V-twin designers and engineers out in the market place...

I think if I bought a new bike today, it would be a Triumph T100 Bonneville...
