Italian mistress
« on: February 09, 2009, 11:11:04 PM »
Here's a picture of my little Italian girlfriend.  My wife insisted I buy her 15 years ago..

Mods include:

- Mikuni VM28 carbies, later model rubber inlets, K&N filters & home-made cables
- Later model seat
- NLM pickup
- Tritsch transducers
- Tarozzi clipons
- Staintune headers & stainless Armours mufflers
- lots of stainless bits & pieces

The best description I've heard to descibe the Morini 3 1/2 is "a factory made cafe racer".  She looks good & handles very well.  But I still like my Honda 350/4...

Nice little collector bike.  ;)
How does it perform compared to the 350/4?
Are there parts for these bikes?

It only weighs about 145 kg & puts out a few more horses than the 350/4, so it goes quite nicely.  It handles really well and can give bigger bikes a run for their money around winding mountain roads.

As for parts, there are a few dedicated suppliers, so parts are readily available (although not cheap).
