Sandcast experts - bare ground strap?

Hey guys!
On Ebay is a bare grounding strap, not insulated, and it describes it as early 1969. I have one I got in a box of junk. Is this the real deal? And if it is, how long was it used? I want to use it on my K0 project if it's real.

That looks like the one that came with my K0. I have no idea how long they were used.
