he's totally right too. i was happiest working at a large horse boarding facility, worked 12 hour days 6 days a week for not a whole lot of money. i loved coming home dirty, tired and sore. i hate the fact i cant do that kind of work anymore.

For me a job where you're valued, where what you've done have been a productive and otherwise 'good' thing, is a job I would gleefully accept a humble or moderate pay.

A soulless job where you're made to feel small in the end can't possibly pay enough.
