I sent this link to a friend of mine and he knew who the driver was

Patrese was an F1 driver.  He was unfortunate to kill another driver with a mistake he made.  Seemed to taint his career.

Amongst other things she called him a sh*t, and told him to eff off! She REALLY loves HIM! I think that's how world class drivers do "foreplay" with their wives.

What's even funnier is that she's explaining to her husband, a former F1 driver, that the car they're in doesn't have the same adherence as a F1 car

I think this is the coolest woman! She's freaking out but you'll note she's loving the thrill at the same time; she's swearing at him yet laughing and flashing that beautiful smile.

It's great when they discover the camera and suddenly even he loses his composure. I think they had a great time and look to be a couple perfectly matched... but then I could be projecting.

She is, after all Italian and a woman. 

But seriously I think she was pretty cool, even laughing and having a good thrill in spite of the cursing and theatrics. If she was really angry I bet we (and he) would know it for sure.
