CB750 K6 baffle restoration
« on: January 27, 2009, 05:50:21 AM »
I pulled my baffles from my CB750K6 exhaust to refurbish and paint them so they'll look new and shiny. I had a heck of a time getting them off since there was a black glue material around the perimeter of the baffle were it meets the exhaust sorta like a glue or sealant of some type. Is this something that supposed to be there, something I missed and need to find or just a fluke with the guy who had these pipes last? I don't understand why you would need it. Any advice?
