Getting Her Ready For Battle

I know I know, it's not a SOHC but I thought that this picture turned out pretty well and I wanted to show it to someone who loves bikes. The picture was taken shortly after some new performance mods were done just to get an idea of how she'd launch. She did well but still needed some jet work.  ;D

Thats boss!  Is it shaft drive?  Kinda unusual for a drag bike isnt it?  But then after a certain amount of horsepower one might need such a rigid type of drive?  Anyway, trying to figure out what that bike started out as...Details!  Later!

Yes, it's a shaft drive bike. Started out as a 1985 Kawasaki ZL900 Eliminator that I bought new.
