Thanks Sam!

Your title was no exaggeration.  I was enthralled!

The wife gets off her Shadow cruiser and onto a new SV650 tomorrow.  I'll show her this for inspiration.  ;D

Wow.

It's awesome to see a 250, 500 and 750 duke it out like that.  I've always heard about the cornering speeds of the smaller bikes.  That really puts it in perspective.

You've got me all pumped up for my next track day...heading back to Grand Sport Speedway in 2 weeks on the 400F.  It's a short twisty track where I can harass the 1000cc bikes.  I'm no Gary Cowan though.

Oh, and another potential best race ever - Edwards and Bayliss at Imola in 2002.  Riding like madmen for the WSB championship.

For me it's the Fogarty / Hislop duel in the 992 Senior TT. How they both stayed on is amazing and a win for Norton too...

This was great for the wife to see.  Restores some respect for small bikes.

I just hope she doesn't try to ride like that today, bringing the new bike home!  :D

Very cool Sam,

I have nothing but respect for Yamaha and those giant killer TZ's. Do more with less.

Chris Carter for years did some colour commentary at Loudon AMA superbike events. They stuck him up in a treehouse on top of the hill!
