A winery nearby teamed up with the Rolling stones, and produced an icewine , and I think another wine.. one is called Sympathy for the Devil, and has the tongue on it..

 Then they got the idea to do a charity auction, auctioning of a Fender Stratocaster that has the tongue on it, and was signed by all of the Rolling Stones

 anyway, the auction ended today, and a guy I know ended up with the guitar... i went over to see it, and got to hold it..

 he also got a case of the stones wine and a bottle of icewine, but he wasnt sharing...

 cool guitar.. eh?

I had heard about the wine and the guitar.  I did not know it was to be actioned off.  Your friend was in the right place at the right time.

I did a quick search and found another signed one for far less.

 However, the winery promotion was sort of cool, and the tongue on the bottle looks fabulous. He said they told them, they didnt want to sign anymore guitars..

 At anyrate, i think it is pretty cool, but that he should learn to play at least a few sconds on a start of a Sones song.. he never has played a guitar..
