i have a switch from K-4 that i plan on using to replace my starter switch. the switch is a momentary switch-- push-on, normally off. this one almost fits into the stock button location. the housing needs a bit of gentle filing or sanding inside for it to fit. pop the boot onto the switch and most would be none the wiser. it looks like it will also work for the horn button also. i seem to have misplaced the lower portion of the switch housing, so i can't give you the full effect. it seems like i well sealed switch, so i wouldn't worry about the elements too much, especially with the outer boot. it won't necessarily relocate your switch, but it is also small enough you could locate it in a inconspicuous location for added security. well, it may buy you a few minutes until the bike is kicked over. if you were to go down to your local NAPA and look in the Echlin Illustrated catalog there are plenty of push buttons, rocker switches, toggle switches and what not that you could make work. obviously you will want to momentary switch. anyone who sells Standard ignition will have the same selection, but i am much more familiar with the Echlin catalog. K-4, and cole-hersey are other brands to look for. you may already know this, but there may be someone who doesn't, for forgive my digression.
later,
ryan
