Cylinder Head Thickness

Can anyone tell me the overall height/Thickness of a CB750 cylinder head. Say measured from valve cover gasket face too head gasket face, Mine is a K7. I think the head has been machined and want to find the stock height if the cylinder head before I go ahead and refurbish it.
