Omar's Cafe seat... anyone tried this?
« on: February 03, 2009, 05:15:45 AM »
Came across this while surfing... http://omarsdtr.com/cafenew4.html
Seems like a prety good deal as it includes the upholstered foam.
does anyone have any experience fitting one of these to a 750k?

I would like to see a picture of the seat. I emailed the company and got a reply stating they were too busy to take a decent picture of the seats. If anyone has a pic or is running an Omar's seat, please post the pic. I would appreciate it.

I know Glass from the Past makes some great seats, but I've heard sometimes he's busy too. I personally like his seat better. About the same price too.

I have never ordered from them because their prices are very high, even on basic things. Your experience with their "customer service" should tell you to shop elsewhere.

i have to say i am pretty disappointed. i was very interested in their adjustable clubman bars. i opted for cheapos to get the build going, but they seemed like they would be a hot ticket.

I had quick response frrom Omars. I received my bars, rearsets and fairing quickly from them.
The bars and rearsets were Raasks, so take your opinion from there...
Nice fairing though.
Don't know about the seats.
