Well, this can't be right
« on: February 08, 2009, 03:06:07 PM »
This is off Ebay, supposed to belong to a 74 750K. But upon further inspection the decals are all wrong. Anyone know what this decal shape was suppose to be on? All 750K tanks from 73 to 76 have had similar decals as far as I know. This is a new one on me. The tank doesn't appear to have been repainted but who knows. The decals appear to be well done in any event.

So, the strategy is to lie to people you are asking for help?

I think I'll be busy going for a ride.

Good luck!

YEA! that's what I thought! But the 500t is gold on gold. this ones black/gold. It's a stumper. The tank is definitely a cb750k. Petcock is on the right.

I'm baffled.

see here for 500t decal: http://www.cbdecals.afegraphics.com/view_product.php?adminshopping=&product=75cb500t-FullKit-H0887
