Yet another new Texan

Hi Everybody!  Brand new to the forum and crazy happy to find this place.  I've been riding all my life, but always wanted one of those "Old kick start 750 Hondas...like my Dad had!"  Well the wife must have gotten sick of my belly achin' and found a '78 SS in good shape but in need of some love and a little wrenching.  Like a freshman on prom night, I've got the love to give, but I'm a little nervous about taking her shirt off.  Ahh but lamenting the CB 750 void all these years since Dad traded up his old SOHC was far worse than any rebuild performance anxiety I may be feeling.  Plus now I have a community of SOHC big brothers (and sisters) to tell me just how to make her purr.  So, "Hello!"

Where are all these bikes coming from in Texas?  Texas has been busy here lately.

Good ta see ya!
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.
