Bout $75. Yeah, definately cheaper to make the bends and do the welding yourself. And make a few improvements too. But a good little starter

If anyone is gonna build one of these themselves, mine should arrive within a week and Ill take sum measurements. If you just cant wait, the stand is actually two pcs. The base has a pipe upright that accepts a smaller od pipe from the upper part of the stand which allows the motor to rotate since the base needs to be bolted down.    ---- Hey it aint patented, why not share with others.  8)

If anyone out there wants to fab up some of these, I'm sure the site will support you.

Personally I'd love one (500/4 sized).

Given some of the engineering that goes on here - there must be someone out there... (?)

I made one a while ago very similar to that but with a base as well so it doesn't have to be bolted to anything...doesn't look as nice as that one but it works. Took a couple hours with some junk pieces of steel and my welder...as well as a mallet and vise to bend the pieces lol. What works well as a temporary engine stand that is also mobile is those movers dollies from Harbor Frieght. Fits a SOHC 750 motor just perfect.

I bought a cheap car engine stand and am going to look at making an adapter to allow bolting the motorcycle engine to it.
