Newbie from Atlanta
« on: February 19, 2009, 06:20:18 AM »
Hello everyone!  Noob from Atlanta here.  I grew up around bikes with my Dad and always thought I would restore one some day.  I've been looking for a while and made the decision a couple of months ago that I wanted to find an early to mid 70's CB750.  I'm still looking for my project, but I know I'll find it soon.  This website and forum has been a great source of information.  Thanks for hosting!

Welcome to the forum,

You'll want to check the classified section\ bikes for sale.
Saw some for sale in there down your way, good luck with the search.
Any questions on your purchase just post them on the forum, prices, condition, whatever.

So, the strategy is to lie to people you are asking for help?

I think I'll be busy going for a ride.

Good luck!

Welcome from a fellow Atl-ien. I know a great 750 guy up in Suwanne selling 750's for a great price. He has one on craiglist right now thats almost all original but has upgraded all safety items plus chain, ignition etc. He also has one-off customs that are just totally bad ass. Let me know if you need any help/advice finding one.

Enjoy and welcome!
