Breather assembly
« on: February 26, 2009, 07:09:29 AM »
Riding season is coming and it's almost time to get my resurrected 750F out.  (Yeah!!   ;D)

One of the things (shortcuts) I did in the process was to remove the breather assembly (17260-392-000) because it was falling off anyway!  If memory serves, I just routed the breather tube from the top of the engine directly into the aircleaner.  How important is this piece?  Should I go through the effort of getting it back on the bike?

If you don't connect it that way, get a breather filter off Z1 and plug the hole in your airbox as it will be a means by which air will bypass your filter.
