not really posting for sale(but it is) just wanted to get my style on the site.
this is a '77 supersport I took two years to restore. every EVERY nut and bolt and component is new, restored or stainless. it has 3500 original miles and started right up with no head gasket leak when I bought it. It had great compression, so I left the engine together and just painted the casings and powdercoated the covers. all brackets, frame and front forks are also powdercoated. I do all of my own polishing. the paint is by a local custom painter, with 3 coats of clear over the original stripes, smooth as silk. it has electronic ignition, k&n filters, conti tires, progressive suspension front and back with new sealed head bearings, and needle bearings on the swing arm all steel brake lines and rebuilt guages. plenty of new chrome. there is no comparison between factory chrome and show chrome, just jumps out at you. I included a pic of my last 77 K bike that is in a private collection in California. It has a rebuilt engine and kerker exhaust (OPEN). I do one bike about every two years.
