Handle Bar Help
« on: April 16, 2005, 03:16:34 PM »
I could use some help bad.  I am putting the handle bars of a 75 CB400f on a 74 CB350f.  I was told it would work fine.   I have them on and now I realize that my master cylinder/front brake housing doesn't fit on the bars with the starter/throttle assembly.  Does anyone know if the 400's had a smaller master cylinder than the 350's?  Does anyone know if this set up is even possible?

I would appreciate any feedback at all.

Thanks!

I finally got it to fit.  Just needed some tweeking and had to move the oil bolt on the master cylinder slightly.  I was referring to the actual length of the bars.  I was having space issues with the master cylinder not fitting between the starter assembly and the speedometer.

Thanks for your reply.
