brocken oil pan bolt

what is the easiest way to get this bolt off.went to remove the pan and one out of the ten broke off.cant get grip on it.deciding weather or not to leave it as is

oil filter housing wont come off also.really starting to hate this project

I got 2 of my favorite tool sets from sears...one is a group of sockets(?) that grab on to rounded nut and bolt heads...and any other shaft that needs to be spun...they kinda cut/bite into the metal ans force it to turn...the more you turn the deeper they cut/bite untill whatever it is comes out or...favorite tool #2 comes out...
these are dril bit looking things that first drill a hole into the bolt/screw to be removed...then an awger(?) of types bores into the hole and uses the same type of priciple as the later tool scoket set...reverse theads cut/bit into the hole you drilled...the more you twist the harder more it digs in...these are good for bolts/screws that have busted off heads

hmmm guess ill probably have to get more tools. thought i had everything i needed.its too deep to get a grip on it.thoght i could find something laying round the garage that would work.

here's the old method to remove the filter bolt when all else fails..........gring the head off of the bolt and slide the housing off, then grab the bolt with visegrips and remove it (heat may help) new bolts are available
