There is a seller on eBay that has several Motad exhausts for sale.  He's out of the UK, Plymouth England to be exact.  He's listing shipping to the US at $150.

OK after taking a second and doing the math in my old mind..the eBay price was around 650 shipped and from the mfg was 550 give or take10 bucks shipped. 20 bucks i will not squabble over but 100 i will. thanks for the link and an education.
