These are the same length as the stockers, but have a bit of adjustability and a better look IMO. And at $75 for the set that seems like a steal. Any feedback is appreciated.

Here is the description: Black classic type shock body with 4 position spring preload adjustment. Progressive heavy duty chrome springs. Includes bushings, inserts, washers and spring preload wrench.
335mm (13 3/16") Eye to Clevis

I guess they could be decent but at today's prices what do you think you will get for a pair of $75 shocks?

Well, for what its worth, they've always been that price. And if you look at their other prices you can see they are typically lower on everything. What one company charges $40 for something, they have it for $25 (just an example). I have bought many items from them (brakes, chain, turn signals, etc and everything has been great. But you bring up a valid point and thats why I want to hear from someone who might have them or has rode a bike with them. I'd hate to put them on and it ride like $h!t.

I have them and they're fine for normal everyday riding. Someone that races would probably call them crap

I have used them and the shorty version. Man, a shock is a shock, it holds up the ass end and looks good doing it. I buy the cheapest I can. They work fine for me. If I want to "feel" the rear end, I use struts or hardtail.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think they are longer than stock, like the Progressives are. I think stock is 13". No biggie but it leans a bit more on the sidestand.

But I'd say any aftermarket shock is better than stock, especially an old stocker, and more $$ = more performance.

Just bought them 2 weeks ago for my 78 750 K.

They look as good in person as they do on thier site. The fit is pretty good I did use some back spacers on the top mount between the shock and the frame. (The new shock top is not as wide as the stock shocks..see pic)

For 91.00 delivered to my door txs & exchange rate. I thought it was awesome.

The true test will be when I ride them.

I figured they have to be better than the 31yr old stockers.

And they were dead on to thier word...7 work days...both times. My buddy bought a set for his 86 Suzuki Intruder.
Very please with thier service.

FYI....they are a Canadian Company with prices in US currrency

I just ordered a pair of the DOHC 750 shocks from them for my 750k7. I want to raise the rear and the dohc shocks are eye to clevis 14.5. I should have them tomorrow and will post my experience with them.

However my Father-in-Law's 81 DOHC custom is 14 3/8" (365mm) Eye-to-Clevis.

I ran these shocks on my K0 for several years. You'll need some spacers, mot much though. I used rubber washers sandwiched between the shock and the frame, and also between the shock nut and the shock, to get the shock lined up vertically as closely as possible, but I'm pretty anal about such things.

Jako, yea I got the 14 3/8" ones from partsnmore to jack up the rear a bit. I'll let you know how these mount up and ride just in case anyone's interested.

Just mounted the 14 3/8" shocks tonight on my cb750k7. Went on easy, juuuuust enough clearance under the rear tire to still use the center stand.

Much stiffer than the shocks that came with the bike, I like it waaaaaay better. The high rear is great. Now will drop the front 1.5 inches when I install my partsnmore.com clip-ons.

Thats a pretty tidy looking bike you have there Steve F....Is that just a cover on the rear of the seat, iam looking to do something similar to my F.

Thanks. Yeah, stock seat pan with a sheetmetal rear "cowl". The rear of the upholstery is held in place using a piece of 3/16 lexan under the fabric bolted to the cowl section.
