Had a mission completed last night. Luckily I was able to get the autographs before the show, so I could sit back and enjoy it. And yes, Merle is still taking the leads and plays them as hot as ever, he's deserving of this list.
Merle and Kris put on a good show, Kris is respected among all the best songwriters.
I think the signature sunbirst is about is complete. I brought it in and the bar tender and asked if I wanted him to hang on to it for safe keeping while I had beers. He also wanted to display it behind the bar, too.
No one else alive really fits with these four except maybe DAC or Hank Jr., if it is not too inconvienient to add them.
