actually, I have a luggage rack off a '74 CB550 available if anyone is interested.  along with a windjammer, get it out of my garage!

I have 3 luggage racks now. extremely hard to get the right one for 750k8. one that i have looks just like that one, it's to short for the seat to mount where the grab bar mounts. be careful of the year of the bike. i got one from a cb900, and even that is not just right but i can make it work. i beleive the later years are longer framed, and the seat as well. i've been looking a while too. might have to buy the entire bike to get a luggage rack that will bolt up to K8 w/o modifications.

i have one that looks just like the posted link from "Jacoba". it supposedly came from a '75 750. it is way to small for my 750k8, you can have it if you want to try it. i must warn that it is not in great shape. i did some work on it, and rust has gotten thru the chrome, which is dull, tarnished, to the metal.  having said that, all the plugs are there, and overall is a solid unit.

sure if you want to give it away i will take it, as it would only be on the bike if taking a trip back home (8 hours).

got it and responded, although it might be totally off base, i am exhausted and trying to finish a paper. you can see how focused i am huh
