Clutch engagement

Hi , I have a CB750K5 and enjoy riding it however the clutch does not engage until
the leaver is almost at end of travel, is this normal

yup. normal.

dog-leg levers help with the feel of this.

All of mine were setup for disengagement by 1/3 travel.

 The clutch lifter and cable can both be adjusted to help with this. I'd start at the lifter, check the manual available in the sticky posts above.
