Did you get the dyna s ignition new at 89$? If so, where from, if you don't mind me asking?
'89 Hawk GT, newly acquired, daily beater...
'76 CB550, was my daily beater... my cafe project...
'72 Yamaha R5, newly acquired project... donated to my buddy...
'67 Suzuki T20, still working on her too... Currently in pieces...

I didn't feel like getting my new spray gun out & going to the store for paint so I used some Rustoleum semi-gloss in a can I had sitting in the garage :)

Nothing major done tonight as I laid some sod when I got home... :(
Did manage to get the front fender off & finish polishing up the headlight bezel.

Cdoggy, did you use the same Rustoleum on the headlight cover as well? Also, with the pic of the tank and sidecovers, is that straight paint without a clearcoat? Thanks!

I also included a quickly done pic on MS Paint of how I'm going to do the bike colors.

So what did you end up doing for the tail? Looks like you just replaced the shocks with solid bars? I'"m still debating on doing a hard tail on my CB550.

Ya, that is what I did. That way on long rides (like to Biketoberfest) I can use the shocks then later switch to solid struts for that "hardtail" look without all the abuse.
