need side cosmetic cover screws what can i use?

i have a 73 cb350f and i was going to go to ace to pick up some bolts and what not and i need the side cover screws, but as we all know they have a pin and a spring on them so is there something i can get as a alternative at ace hardware?

You may find them on ebay or go to a salvage yard.  Get a cross reference on the part number to see which other models use them.  You also might just find new ones at the local HONDA dealer.  Whatever you do, don't embarass the bike with something non-original that shows, unless it is already a non-orginal and is meant to stay that way.
