rolling start a 550F

Morning times are colder now and my 77' 550f engine takes a few more turns to start.  I happen to live on a slight incline so what I have done on occasion is to roll start the motor.  I roll down the hill,  choke on, and in third gear I let the clutch out and away I go.  Saves on battery but is it hard on the motor???  The incline has been a lifesaver to the various project cars that I have had over time...when a car wouldn't start for some reason I could always usually compression start it in this way.

Shouldn't be a problem for the engine. Just make sure the oil has a chance to circulate before taking off.
