I just made a quick check at http://hondachopper.yuku.com/ and there seems to be no concensus as to which tire is best for any specific setup.  I personally will be going with Michelin pilot activ, check them out.  I would however recommend that you use an 80 or 90% sidewall height, run with a tube, and keep your pressure just a bit on the low side so you've got some give to save your kidneys, or kidney as the case may be....
