Well, I Came Of Age Today.......................

       Yeah, that's right. I came of age today..................................  .............To be able to draw Social Security!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ::) ::) ::) ::)

        I kept trying to take the years off, but it was no use since they (the years) finally caught up with me and here I am: 62yrs old!!!!!!!!!!

        I'M AS OLD AS SAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-\ :'(

        Just kidding ya Sam, but I AM 62 today and I won't even get used to it and then I'll be 63. ::) Guess it IS better than the alternative, huh? ;)

        Thank you all,  Funny how I remember wishing I was 13, 16, 18  & 21 and my Mom would tell me not to wish my life away because, as I get older, time would start getting faster and faster and will not slow down. Back then, I didn't really appreciate what she said. Then, quite some time back, I began to notice that certain holidays and dates were coming around a little sooner all the time. By now, it seems like the passing of time, has kicked into passing gear and kicked in the nitrous! :o ::) :D I'd go with the flow, if the flow would just slow up a bit. :o ;)  BTW, I've got the best Birthday Wishes, right here! 8)

   I want to thank everyone for their well wishes and all. Looks like I made it to this age okay and it makes me feel kinda funny because I remember my Granddad when he was 62 ( I had gone in to the U.S. Air Force and had been shipped to Japan, only to find out that he had died at the age of 63!) and never could imagine me being that old.

    Jerry and Tramp, Didn't intend to shake you all up and I'll just keep you all guessing on that one. :D

    Sam, since I am of THAT AGE now, it's nice to be in such company! 8) ;)

           Have to say that I WAS a bit apprehensive about getting into this age, but you all have made me feel better about it.
