Top Gear, check out who drove my partner home?
« on: March 24, 2009, 11:12:12 PM »
OK so I'm not a jealous guy (I think Elton-John said that first!) so when my partner won a ride in a real Ferrari as one of her firms top workers I was very happy for her.
Come last weekend 40 Ferrari club members arrived in our city and 8 of them picked up the top 8 company workers.
Nice cars, new, old, yellow, black, and a lot of red ones, ;D sounding like a swarm of angry bees they roared off for a photo shoot and then change cars and return.
Well apparently when they finished the photo shoot the Ferrari my partner had lined up to get a ride back in was stolen by "a brazen hussy" and partner ended up in a very nice alternative Ferrari with a quietly spoken driver who drove in his socks!
Now you'd think my partner would be gutted but when she found out that her driver was none other than the real "STIG" she was quite happy, what a story she has...ride in two Ferraris and got to meet and be driven around by the Stig! ;D
Now I'm jealous, I wanted to be driven around by the Stig!!! >:(

I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

That's great! ;D  I thought you were going to say one of the hosts, but the Stig is even better!

Was he wearing his helmet?  What was he listening to in the car?

We accidentally got a photo of him before they told us we weren't allowed to take photos, keeps the mystick of the show. ;D
He even told Jaffa his name but I'm not a snitch. ;D
No leathers fuzzy, no helmet Gordon and I think the only thing he was listening to was the sweet roar of the Ferrari. ;D
