I'm either looking at those or a pair of Chippewa'sI have an old pair of Chippewa's and they aren't the most comfortable for walking around in, so I recently retired them in favor of a pair of Doc Martin steel toed lace up work boots. so far they are very comfortable for walking and riding, and the tread seems to be pretty non-slip.
Someone else just told me that the other day as well. Looks loike the Chippewa's are off my list. Thanks for the info.
I use Doc Martins...One thing to be careful of is NOT to wear is steel capped toe work boots. If your in an accident, and your foot is bent forward (think in terms of your foot landing in front of your foot pegs while still moving forward), the steel cap could act as a guillotine and remove your toes.
