1978 CB750K choke shaft assembly between two middle carbs
« on: March 21, 2009, 09:47:39 PM »
I am having trouble placing the forked end of the choke shaft. The shop manual is vague and I somehow got digital pics of the disassembly from every angle but the one I need. and
I'd like a little of both.

I have a set of 77/78 carbs off a bike - let me know what pic you need.

GammaFlat - here is the drawing and a pic at the angle I need to see. . . thanks man. Its the view between the two carbs of the forked end of the choke shaft . . .
I'd like a little of both.

Spot on pics! Thanks so much. That did the trick. I learned that when I sprung it when I disassembled it the spring must have unwound at least one extra wrap and without that tension the choke wouldn't snap back to open.  ;D
Now I need to replace one little rubber tube and I can put the carbs back on the bike. Ride safe.

I'd like a little of both.
