Hey Thanks for all the support on getting my 1969 CL90 Running...sorry i've been absent but my Father was diagnosed with 'Hairy Cell Lukemia" but they caught it VERY early and he's doing better...he had Pnumonia really bad and they did a biopsy and it came back positive for the big "C" but it's totally treatable and he goes in today to discuss his options on treatment..anyways i KNOW he'd love to see a post on the bike with some recent pix, so here ya go!
I'll update a few more things and post later too! i need tires and i'm swithing out the rims as me and my brother noticed that someone hit a curb or something really bad and i'm not relacing new hops YET! not until i get some alloy rims..DID or the like

Yeah...just got the pipe back from my welder here at work..seems that the previous owner forgot the crush washer when bolting the pipe up to the head and
had it off center also bending the flange over 45 degree and splitting it half way around the flange..so i had my welder tig it and what a nice job! it' is so quiet now..runs awesome too..i was supposed to RIDE it yesterday to work(on my birthday no less) and i couldn't because last friday my daughter smacked the front end of my car so i had to spend $500 on a deductable instead of registration & insurance..whatever..it'll happen!

These are when i got it about a month and a half ago..i'm searching for a new fender for the front, i found one on craigslist but it wasn't in that good of shape
Thanks for the wishes for my Dad..he's at the doctor as we speak...here's the pile i got off craigslist..the guy said he could only deliver during the day, my lunch break @ 1 p.m. and he was 1.5 hours late..so my wife ended up taking delivery of the red jalopy..she called like 5 times saying "are you sure?" she's great!..Thanks for all the help everyone...i got more pix i need to download off my digital camera..later

Ironically ALL my family is into Harleys..i am considered the black sheep(oxymoronic in a way?!?) because i LOVE Hondas...especially the small bore ones...i did find a 1975 CB400 Four Super Sport on craigslist for $675 complete..only missing the sidecovers..it was clean too! it was gone as soon as i tried to click it again..ah whatchoo gonna do...i can't wait to ride it to work...4.5 minutes frommthe house! ha ha We live in the Hills of Benicia..kinda like Oakland Hills..also on the water, it's fun riding to the water and checking out the scenery..i'll post more pix soon..Thanks for the well wishes for Dad!
